Illustrator / Graphic Designer

Leah is a Melbourne-based Graphic Designer and Illustrator who finds inspiration in the intersection of traditional and digital mediums. Her passion for all things creative is reflected in her diverse portfolio, showcasing her expertise across illustration, typography, branding, and product design.

 

With a Diploma of Visual Arts (Illustration) from Melbourne Polytechnic, Leah developed her artistic style and a strong foundation in traditional illustration. She draws inspiration from themes such as fashion, identity, flora and fauna, and enjoys experimenting with fine-liner, ink, and graphite alongside digital techniques.

Building on this foundation, Leah went on to complete an Advanced Diploma of Graphic Design, expanding her knowledge and technical expertise. She now combines her illustration and design skills to create thoughtful, trend-driven work that blends creativity with precision.

 

Currently, Leah works as a Graphic Designer and Illustrator at Henderson Greetings, one of Australia's leading publishers and distributors of greeting cards, gift packaging, and stationery. She specialises in designing visually engaging products that combine vibrant colour, bold patterns, expressive typography, and detailed vector illustration.

With experience across the retail design, greeting card, and gift packaging industries, Leah is passionate about creating meaningful, high-quality designs that connect with people and leave a lasting impression.
